The Château du Piochy gîtes are set within a peaceful, wooded estate. Ideally located in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, the property is perfect for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts, as well as for those seeking a getaway focused on sightseeing and fine dining. Food lovers and gourmets eager to discover Burgundy’s rich culinary and wine heritage will be delighted.
The estate is just 10 minutes from Verdun-sur-le-Doubs, a village renowned for its splendid fishing spots and its freshwater fish specialty: la pôchouse. Many other tourist attractions are waiting to be discovered less than 10 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône, and just 30 minutes from Beaune, Louhans, and Tournus.
Our gîte is located on the first floor of the Château and is accessible via an elegant 19th-century staircase. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. A function room is also available for rent from Monday to Saturday for your seminars, workshops, or meetings. Contact us to find out more.
